COMMISSIONS
I have a whole host of ideas that I am working on bringing to life! What about you? Do you have an idea that you'd like to bring to life?
A piece of music, story, play, or musical? Or something hand-made like jewelry, a crocheted item?
Previous commissions include a song for a wedding, a children’s song, a crocheted Dr. Who scarf, and a “towel bag” that was inspired by Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. I have collaborated with a kanklés player (Lithuanian folk instrument) for meditation music. I have an on-going collaboration with CBC Award-Winning poet, Andrew Burton, The Awakened Company founder and poet, Catherine Bell, and Turkish neuroscientist and poet, Özgü Işık Hafızoğlu.

Myofascial Body Awareness for Actors, Singers, Instrumentalists, Conductors
This service is available for individuals and groups.
These myofascial body awareness sessions are geared towards performing artists and conductors.
Together we'll investigate patterns of movement, restriction and create a plan to reduce repetitive stress injuries with hands-on techniques & exercises.
I adjust techniques and exercises for people on the hypermobility spectrum. (I'm one of you!)
Individual Rates
Guided Meditation, Inner Work Practices, and Movement
This service is available for individuals and groups.
There have been studies showing that regular meditation can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
It can be a challenge to get started on your own. I have found that it's easier to navigate difficulties and hardships when you have someone with you along the way. Together we design guided meditations, inner work practices, and/or guided movements for what will benefit you the most.
The first session is 45 minutes where we will have a conversation about what you are looking for and how long you would like your sessions to be.
Many of the practices have a foundation in the enneagram.
